Thunderbolt 3 対応のUSB4ポートの間違いです。

Intelの公式プレスリリースに、「4x the throughput of USB 3 with the new integrated Thunderbolt 4」とありますので、間違いではないと思います。

記者発表でも公式プレスリリースでも「 Tiger Lake will deliver double-digit performance gains」（Based on Intel testing and configurations）との説明がありました。
